Vision3 50D Developer: ECN-2.  (Can be deveoped with C-41 but the film has a Remjet layer that must be removed with an ECN-2 Prebath before use with C-41 chemicals.)   VISION3 50D  is a low-speed daylight-balanced color negative movie film characterized by its ability to record a wide dynamic range with increased highlight sensitivity. It has an exposure index of 50 when shot in daylight conditions and its fine grain structure contributes to notably high image sharpness. As part of the VISION3 series of movie films, this stock has high archival stability and is well-suited to digital post-production processes. Only new film purchased direct from the Eastman Kodak Company is rolled into 35mm cassettes. The film is rolled by machine directly from 1000 foot reels and finished with a machine cut leader, just as the major film manufacturers do.
