To perform this exercise do the following steps: Step 1: Get down into push up position so that only your hands and feet are touching the ground. Body should be in a straight line. Step 2: Now bend at the elbows and lower your chest towards the ground. Step 3: Touch your chest to the ground and then push yourself up as fast as you can. Step 4: You want to get as high off the ground as you can. Use your feet to help push you up as well. Step 5: Catch yourself again in push up position. This completes one repetition.
